Our general terms of sale
Under all circumstances, the French version of these general terms of sale shall prevail..
1. General comments
The submission of the order by the customer implies their acceptance of these general terms of sale in their entirety.
The contract for the sale of items found on the website www.liniment.ch or www.love-me-doux.ch is drawn up between the company Liniment.ch - Cécile Girardin and the customer.
2. Characteristics of an item
The description is available under each item. The product volume is understood to be the quantity prepared.
Therefore, the product delivered may have a slightly different volume without this being grounds for a claim.
3. Delivery and shipping fees
Liniment.ch works primarily with the carrier DPD for packages.
Your packages shall be delivered within 48 hrs after your order is picked, on average.
Liniment.ch reserves the right to change the shipping fees indicted at the time of order by the computerized order management system.
- Item which fits in an envelope, weighs fewer than 500 gr and measures fewer than 2 cm thick (including packaging):CHF 2.50
- Item which fits in an envelope, weighs fewer than 250 gr and measures between 2 cm and 5 cm thick (including packaging):CHF 2.80
- Item which fits in an envelope and weighs more than 500 gr: CHF 4 (2 refills, for example)
- Item in a package weighing less than 2 kg: CHF 9
- Item in a package weighing between 2 kg and fewer than 10 kg:CHF 12
Our items are usually sent within a maximum period of 5 working days after payment to the address you have provided to us. If the item cannot be sent within this period, the customer will be notified within 72 hours following their order. The customer is then entitled to cancel their order within 48 hours if the new delivery time is deemed too long. If no communication is received from the customer within the period mentioned above, the order shall be confirmed automatically. Deliveries are limited to Swiss soil.
If the information submitted is inaccurate, our company may not be held liable for non-delivery or for deadlines missed.
Once the package has shipped, the customer may request the number to track their package.
If a delivery problem were to occur, our company cannot be held liable.
The item prices billed to the customer are those in effect on the date of the order and which appear on the order confirmation. All our prices are determined in Swiss francs and may be changed at any time.
5. Means of payment
The following methods of payments are available:
- PAYMENT WITH INVOICE WITHIN 30 DAYS with our Partner SWISSBILLING.
SWISSBILLING SA is a service provider, that allows you to receive your order with an invoice in a simple and secure way. The Invoice will be sent from SWISSBILLING separately from your order, per email or regular mail, depending on your choice. SWISSBILLING services are based on a fix fee and your maximum order for the first purchase is CHF 200.00. The invoice is payable within 30 days. For security matters, shipping address and billing address must be identical. SWISSBILLING keeps the right to have a credit check control done through it’s partner CRIF AG in Zurich (Tel.: 0848 333 222, www.crif.ch).

6. Data protection
The customer consents to the saving by Liniment.ch of the personal data they provide in the framework of the contractual relationship with Liniment.ch. The customer's personal data are saved only for the purpose of facilitating the purchase of additional items by the customer and to ensure the smooth fulfillment of the sales transaction (Art. 4 al. 3 LPD). The customer's personal data are processed confidentially and securely (Art. 7 LPD).
Starting on 24.05.18, the GDPR was applied to this site in accordance with the following criteria. The hosting of the website liniment.ch is compatible and approved under GDPR standards. To bolster the security of data transfers, the HTTPS protocol provides optimal confidentiality.
The contract takes effect when the customer has placed their order and it has been confirmed. From that time, it is no longer possible to cancel the order; payment must be made and the order cannot be canceled.
8. Acceptance of order
The order is accepted as soon as it is received and it is checked for compliance. When the order is submitted, the buyer acknowledges automatically that they have read and accepted the general terms of sale. Under extraordinary circumstances, including insolvency or incorrect information, Liniment.ch reserves the right to decline or to accept a customer's order.
9. Return rights
If the customer would like to return all or part of their order, they may return the merchandise at their own expense and in perfect condition in its original packaging after Liniment.ch has given its consent.
The shipping fees remain payable.
Furthermore, if the merchandise were to arrive at the customer's home in poor condition, the customer may submit a complain with photographic evidence.
10. Ownership and legal jurisdiction
The merchandise remains the property of Liniment.ch until full payment is made for the merchandise. These general terms of sale and the contracts drawn up in application of them are governed by Swiss law. The competent jurisdiction in the event of dispute is that of Solothurn, Switzerland.
